About this coffee +
Cerrado Mineiro is one of Brazil's most consistent specialty-producing regions. The high-altitude plateau and well-defined dry harvest season produce clean, stable lots that roast predictably and cup reliably season over season.
Campos Altos is sourced direct trade from this region and naturally processed using sun-drying. The whole cherry dries on raised beds, concentrating the bean's inherent sweetness before it reaches the roaster. The medium roast develops the chocolate and nut character fully while keeping the finish clean and sweet. No sharp acidity, no roast bitterness. A balanced, approachable cup built for daily use.
At a medium roast, this lot works across espresso, filter, and auto-drip. For home espresso users it produces a chocolate-forward shot with a clean finish. For filter and pour-over it delivers full body with a mild, natural sweetness that needs no adjustment.
