Return and Refund Policy

At United Beans Coffee, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for our customers. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below for details on returning coffee merchandise.

1. Return Eligibility for Coffee Merchandise

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, whether purchased as retail or wholesale:

  • Whole beans
  • Ground coffee
  • Drip coffee
  • Green coffee
  • Any other perishable goods
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process for Eligible Coffee Merchandise

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@unitedbeans.ca with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos, if applicable.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will provide return authorization and instructions.
  3. Return the Item: Once authorized, ship the item to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds may take several days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at hello@unitedbeans.ca with your order number and details of the issue.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
