What origins or varieties do you offer?
We carry a curated selection of high-quality beans from origins like Ethiopia, Colombia, Haiti, Sumatra, Nicaragua, and more. Availability may vary by season, but we maintain a fresh and diverse inventory year-round.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
- Green Coffee Beans: Sold in 60 kg (132 lb) bags. MOQ is 1 bag.
- Roasted Coffee (Wholesale Pricing): MOQ is 15 lb.
- White Label Service: MOQ is 50 lb.
Do I need to order the full MOQ at once?
No, you can split your order into two separate shipments to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.
How is your coffee packaged?
- Green Coffee Beans are packaged in Ecotact or GrainPro liners inside traditional burlap bags, ensuring maximum freshness during storage and transport.
- Roasted Coffee is packed in resealable, foil-lined bags with degassing valves to preserve flavor and aroma.
- For White Label orders, we offer a variety of custom packaging and labeling options to suit your brand.
What is your lead time?
Once we receive your order, green coffee beans can be shipped the next business day.
For roasted beans and white label orders, our lead time is 3 business days:
- Roasting
- Degassing/resting
- Packing and shipping
Do you offer samples before ordering?
Yes, we’re happy to provide samples of both green and roasted coffee so you can evaluate the quality before placing a larger order.
Can I customize the roast profile?
Absolutely. We can roast according to your specifications — whether you're looking for light, medium, dark, or something in between. Let us know what you're aiming for, and we’ll work with you to dial it in.
Do you offer grind options for roasted coffee?
Yes. We can grind your roasted coffee to your preferred size — espresso, drip, French press, etc. Whole bean is the default unless otherwise requested.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across Canada and the U.S. If you're outside these regions, let us know — we’ll look into international options.
What is your shipping rate?
We might offer free shipping to Roasted Beans as well as Private Label customers as long as you meet our MOQ requirement. For Green Coffee Beans, buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and with the help of our freight partners, we can source very cheap shipping rates for our Green Coffee Clients.
What’s your return or satisfaction policy?
We stand behind the quality of our coffee. If there’s any issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
