We are a family-owned Canadian business passionate about bringing the finest coffee to your cup. Sourcing only Specialty and Organic beans directly from farmers in Nicaragua and Congo, we ensure our coffee is both ethical and exceptional. As true coffee lovers, we understand the difference between commercial coffee and specialty brews. That’s why we maintain the highest quality standards, listening closely to our customers’ feedbacks. At U&B, each roast is special, reflecting our dedication to craftsmanship and quality. We roast in small batches without any additives or chemicals and grind our coffee just before shipment to guarantee peak freshness, knowing that coffee is at its best within 7-21 days after roasting.
