Not necessarily. This specialty coffee subscription rotates coffees within your chosen roast level based on availability and seasonality.

Can I get the same coffee?

Yes. Leave a note about your favourites in your subscriber account and we can ship those more frequently—or, if you prefer, focus only on that coffee when it’s available.

Can I mix different roast levels in the same order?

Yes. Subscribe to Mixed roast option. Leave a note if there are favourite roasts, or anything you would like to avoid.

Can I change grind, frequency, or quantity after subscription?

Yes—update your preferences anytime in your subscriber portal.

Do I earn Air Miles Bonus with subscription?

Yes, as long as you are subscribed with an eligible Air Miles linked Mastercard, you can earn up to 75 Bonus Miles.

How does shipping work for subscriptions?

Subscriber shipping fee is $6.95 (22% discount) when the order is under $49. Orders $49+ ship free.

Is frequency based on shipping or delivery ?

When you choose your frequency it is how often we ship your box. First shipping is as soon as you start your subscription. Delivery might take 1 to 5 business days depending on your address.
