Not necessarily. Your subscription rotates single origin coffees within your chosen roast level based on seasonal availability. You stay within your roast profile while discovering different origins.
Can I request the same coffee more often? +
Yes. Leave a note in your subscriber account and we will prioritise your favourites when they are available.
Can I mix different roast levels in one order? +
Yes. Select the Mixed Roast option and leave a note about any preferences or roast levels to avoid.
Can I change my grind, frequency, or quantity? +
Yes. Update your preferences anytime from your subscriber portal. Changes take effect on your next order.
How does shipping work? +
Subscriber shipping is $6.95 per order, a 22% discount from the standard rate. Orders over $49 ship free. Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days across Canada.
Is frequency based on shipping or delivery? +
Frequency is based on when we ship. Your first order ships immediately after subscribing. Each subsequent shipment follows from that date at your chosen interval.
