What is the minimum order quantity? +
Wholesale starts from 1 full bag. For orders over 50 lb we provide custom quotes based on volume and frequency. There is no upper limit — we supply up to multiple pallets for large roastery accounts. Email hello@unitedbeans.ca for a quote.
How do I get the current offer list? +
Email us at hello@unitedbeans.ca and we will send a full current availability list with specifications and pricing. The website shows our standard range — additional lots and volume pricing are available by request.
Are samples available before I commit to a larger order? +
Yes. Samples are available for any lot you want to evaluate first. Email hello@unitedbeans.ca with the lot you are interested in and we will arrange it.
Can I get cupping data and technical specs? +
Yes. SCA scores, density, moisture content, and water activity data are available on request for every lot in the catalogue. Where formal cupping reports exist from certified cuppers we can share those too.
How does shipping work for wholesale orders? +
Wholesale accounts benefit from free and subsidised shipping across Canada. Specific terms are confirmed at quote stage based on volume and destination. All green coffee ships in 9 layer hermetic Ecotact bags.
Do you offer recurring supply arrangements? +
