This allows the flavors to develop fully as carbon dioxide naturally releases from the beans, a process known as "degassing."

• Light Roast: Enjoy from 5-7 days after roasting
• Medium Roast: Enjoy from 5-7 days after roasting
• Medium-Dark Roast: Enjoy from 4-5 days after roasting
• Dark Roast: Enjoy from 3-5 days after roasting
